CO506 -- 基礎輔導技巧(2學分) -- 劉佩婷博士

 (1) 課程目的

本科是教牧基礎課程 (MDiv) 的必修科之一, 目的是幫助同學，透過示範, 角色扮演、個案討論和小組實習等活動，掌握基本輔導概念和技巧，並運用在關顧牧養過程中。此外，讓學員認識建立健康的人際關係的過程中所包含的元素，並明白不同的提問技巧背後的意義。亦透過信仰的角度，對各種輔導概念和技巧，嘗試作出反思。

完成本課程後，期望學員能：

  • 說明深入面談的三個基要態度：同感、真摰和尊重；
  • 認識如何傳遞表同感、真摰和尊重；
  • 認識基礎輔導模式的主要元素：連繫、介入和結束；
  • 嘗試實踐「焦點式」的問題；
  • 嘗試掌握啓發受助者和鼓勵行動實踐的技巧。
