課程題目：BS523-2E 敘事神學與保羅詮釋

A. 課程目標：
1. 認識敘事神學的發展背景、概念、爭議及貢獻。
2. 研讀學者藉敘事理論去詮釋保羅書信的論證。
3. 剖析 Paul Ricoeur（利科）「三重模擬」（Threefold Mimesis）及「見證詮釋學」（The Hermeneutics of Testimony）等跟聖經詮釋相關的敘事理論。
4. 建基敘事理論，勾畫保羅如何藉基督的故事，更新以色列的神學傳統。
B. 課程內容：
保羅書信既非故事文體，我們為何及如何應用敘事理論在使徒保羅的詮釋上？本課程簡介敘事神學的理論，以故事範式去重構保羅編織其神學 (Theologizing) 的過程，並以保羅·利科 (Paul Ricoeur) 的敘事理論去豐富理解保羅的視野。
C. 課程要求：
- 完成閱讀指定的期刊文章
- 於課堂第二週之前，完成觀看電影 Stranger than Fiction
- 為了讓同學更掌握敘事與神學的關係，本課程將於第二周的課堂，播放一部2006年上畫的美國電影 "Stranger than Fictions" (中譯《奇幻人生》或《口白人生》)。然而，若疫情持續，我們將不能夠以實體上課的方式，讓同學來到灣仔市區校園一起觀看電影。故此，葉應霖博士要求每一位同學，於第二周上課之前，自行觀看這電影一次。以下是一些可能的方法：
1. 親身前往市區校園借閱此電影。建道將會提供兩套 DVD，供同學於市區校園內觀賞（即不能借走）。同學亦須帶備個人手提電腦，並首先向市區校園同工登記。
2. 前往 Apple TV apps 租用 (HK$28) 或購買 (HK$98) 此電影的數碼檔案。還有其他各大電影串流的網站平台，在此不盡錄。執筆之時，香港的 Netflix 未有此電影。
3. 尋找實體影碟。
