CO 506 基礎輔導技巧訓練

科目簡介
在當今快速變化的社會中，有效的溝通與人際互動變得越來越重要。本課程將幫助學員掌握基礎輔導技巧，包括聆聽、 內容反應、情感反應等，另外也會讓同學們了解輔導的主流理論及其技巧，以提升他們在各種情境中的輔導能力。
學習目標
在課程結束時，同學將會：
1. 初步掌握輔導中的基礎技巧
2. 了解聆聽在輔導中及人際關係中的重要性
3. 認識輔導的主流理論中提及的技巧
4. 充分的練習在輔導中常見的技巧

功課要求、評分標準及學習時數分配
1. 出席課堂及課上討論。 10% （需時：1000分鐘）
2. 閱讀報告：完成閱讀以上兩本書的內容，並由每本書找出10個重點 （共 20點）。 40%（需時：1000分鐘）
3. 完成1個個案練習（700字），內容包括：
· 完成一次大約1小時的輔導
· 簡單描述輔導的情況
· 在幫助他們過程中，你用了什麼技巧？
· 評估你使用這些技巧的能力
· 以重點寫出可以改善的地方。10% （需時：300分鐘）
4. 撰寫一本輔導技巧手冊：假設你是一位輔導的督導者，你會如何幫助輔導員掌握不同的技巧？至少包括七項輔導技巧，內容可以包括該技巧的簡單描述、使用技巧時要注意的重點、 該技巧的評估表等。40% （需時：700分鐘）
