NT663-1 哥林多後書: 保羅的領導與牧養掙扎

1.科目介紹:
學界普遍認為，《哥林多後書》的寫作目的在於保羅面對敵對者的挑戰時作出的「個人辯護」（Personal Defence）。由於書信中充滿保羅對哥林多人的情感表達，因此常被視為一封極具個人色彩的書信，其重要性甚至被認為不及《哥林多前書》。然而，本課程將採用另一角度──「社會認同理論的領袖學」（Social Identity Approach to Leadership）──來剖析此書；並由此探討保羅如何透過遊說策略（Rhetorical Strategy）重建與哥林多人之間受損的關係，以及他如何在不同的牧養處境中重塑他們的「群體身份」（Social Identity）。
2. 學習目標:
本課程透過「社會認同理論中的領袖學」（Social Identity Approach to Leadership）的視角詮釋《哥林多後書》，旨在培育具備聖經基礎的未來教會領袖，使其能回應教會中各種牧養處境。
1. 探討並分析《哥林多後書》中保羅的遊說策略。
2. 從釋經角度剖析保羅的領導方式與治會理念。
3. 整合領袖學與聖經教導，應用於當代牧會實踐。
