3.       梁永強牧師:梁永強牧師1992年加入威克理夫聖經翻譯會 (現稱「威克理夫國際聯會」Wycliffe Global Alliance),現為該會亞太區同工,專責研究與發展。

Dr. Colleen Yim——13小時——多元文化領導(特別在中東穆斯林文化、印度文化及女性等文化的情況),從團隊事奉的角度看人際關係及衝突處理。

梁永強牧師——12小時——多元文化領導理論。

周翠珊博士——3.5小時——領袖發展 / 團隊領導在部落文化裡的情況。

 

一、 課程簡介

1.      本課程嘗試與學員一起學習作教會/差會領袖的要素,亦透過團隊領導的角度來看人際關係及衝突處理。學員透過閱讀去了解個人領導與團隊事奉的要素與觀念,在課堂上亦藉著互相交流砥礪,更藉學員的真實個案一同思想處理人際關係及衝突的方法。

2.      了解文化問題(例如穆斯林文化、印度文化、部落文化、女性文化等等)以及它們如何影響多元文化團隊和當地社區的領導。

3.      同學會學習一個領袖的發展理論,並製作一個自我成長的生平線。

 

二、課程大綱

1. 認識不同的領導風格與團隊中的不同角色

2. 認識自己的領導風格與自己在現今事奉的團隊中的角色

3. 認識怎樣優化自己的領導風格與在現今事奉的團隊中的角色

4. 認識領袖與從團隊事奉的角度看人際關係及衝突處理的基本概念

5. 認識一個領袖的養成過程並其中包括的人生的過程

 

三、 功課要求

1.      閱讀最少2,000頁基本教科書及課堂討論(20%)

2.      閱讀報告(20%)

內容包括如下:

1)          將書中內容作重點式的撮要;

2)          分析書中的優點及弱點及作評論;

3)          個人的心得、反省及應用。

C.         上課前看完 Lewis, Richard D. When Cultures Collide: Leading Across Cultures. 3rd ed., (Nicholas Brealey International, 2005) Part 2  ch67 Sub-Saharan Africa.並完成不少於1,500字的閱讀報告,於上課第一天9/2/2026呈交。

D.        閱讀另外兩本參考書,並為每本書撰寫閱讀報告一份,每份不少於1500字,並於上課後一月個月內(9/3/2026)呈交。

3.      專文(60%)

A.        同學可制作一個不少於10,000字的個人的生平線,於六個月內呈交 (13/8/2026)

B.         按本院學術規範完成一篇有關領導及團隊的研究專文,全文不少於10,000字,於六個月內呈交 (13/8/2026)
