本科主要介紹耶穌會《神操》及其屬靈分辨原則，以作為屬靈分辨操練與指導的基礎；同時探討屬靈分辨的聖經根基與福音派的相關觀點。課堂內亦設個案討論，讓學員在實踐中深化對理論的理解與應用。
