一、 課程簡介

1.      本課程嘗試與學員一起學習作教會領袖的要素,亦透過團隊領導的角度來看人際關係及衝突處理。學員透過閱讀去了解個人領導與團隊事奉的要素與觀念,在網絡課堂上亦藉著互相交流砥礪,更藉學員的真實個案一同思想處理人際關係及衝突的方法。

2.      了解文化問題以及它們如何影響多元文化團隊和當地社區的領導。

3.      同學會學習一個領袖的發展理論並製作一個自我成長的生平線。

 

二、課程大綱

1. 認識不同的領導風格與團隊中的不同角色

2. 認識自己的領導風格與自己在現今事奉的團隊中的角色

3. 認識怎樣優化自己的領導風格與在現今事奉的團隊中的角色

4. 認識領袖與從團隊事奉的角度看人際關係及衝突處理的基本概念

5. 認識一個領袖的養成過程並其中包括的人生的過程

 

三、 功課要求

1.      張美薇博士

A.        閱讀報告

                            i.                上課前看完基本教科書。(10%)

B.         個人生平線

                            i.                在上課前製作一個簡單的個人的生平線。(10%)

                           ii.                25/7/2022前完成一個大約一萬字的個人的生平線並其中所包含的所有人生的過程。(80%)

 

2.       陳耀鵬博士

A.        i ii (50%)`

                            i.                領袖報告分享

從聖經或現實生活中研究一位領袖的特質,並在課堂上,最多用十五分鐘分享報告這領袖對個人領導的實際影嚮並可怎樣幫助別人及教會。

                          ii.                真實團隊事奉的個案分享

在課堂用不超過十五分鐘分享一個真實團隊事奉的個案,並一同互相討論,從人際關係及衝突處理的角度提出改善方案及應對方法。

B.         閱讀後實踐心得報告(50%)

從下面中英文參考書目閱讀課本最少五百頁,並於2/10/2022前呈交不少於一千字的十個所學得在個人領導及在教會團隊事奉的實際應用原則或方案。
