教學目的：讓同學了解希特勒時代的教會情況、民族教會思想澎湃；不過教會有要求教會成為教會、教會宣講純正福音的聲音。這科是講述這段時期的歷史、認信教會神學的代表、及下一代的傳承。

學員必須呈交閱讀報告一份，內容可選以下任何一本書中約200頁，字數4000字，描述與討論部份各佔一半。或者在圖書館目錄中尋找German Christian, Confessing Church, Barmen Theological Declaration, Antisemitism, Karl Barth, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Hans Joachim Iwand, Helmut Gollwitzer, Heino Falcke…等詞，自行選擇一些文章組合，共約200頁。
