A. 科目目標：
一方面，透過閱讀、課堂的講解和討論，鳥瞰靈命塑造的各個課題，嘗試分析一些屬靈操練和靈修學派對靈命塑造的貢獻。另一方面，選取合適操練，進行個人實踐與小組分享。

B. 課程內容︰

1. 認識靈命塑造所覆蓋的課題，並掌握靈命塑造的基本要素
2. 對各種屬靈操練和靈修學派能夠作出初步的分析

內容︰不是分享經驗內容，而是從經驗達至反省的整合 

**Reflection paper II︰
於本課程內，閱讀書本及個人屬靈操後，經過個人的沉澱與思考，撰寫「靈命塑造的定義與方向」，本文不是綜合各大門派的讀書報告，而是個人思考反省後，寫出你自己對靈命塑造的定義的觀點。
