PT524 教牧關懷與輔導

科目簡介
教牧職份包括關懷及輔導會眾，在現時千變萬化的社會中有著層出不同的個人身心靈的問題，這些會眾會面對的問題也自然成為了教牧的挑戰，本課程的目的是透過探討教牧在關懷及輔導中應有的角色、教導基礎的關懷及輔導技巧，使同學能夠預備好自己在將來牧職中擔當關懷及輔導工作。 課程結束后，學生們不僅能獲得自信在教會中成為祝福及安慰的渠道，而且還能擁抱神對現代人複雜問題的獨特解決辦法。
學習目標
· 認識教牧關懷及辅导的領域及价值。
· 明白人如何改變及教牧輔導的過程。
· 了解教牧關懷者的特質。
· 掌握教牧辅导的基本技巧。
· 瞭解教牧輔導的應用範圍。
· 初步掌握教牧在危機處理中的責任及角色。

1. 課上討論。 10%
2. 閱讀報告：完成以上三本書的閱讀，並每本書寫1頁的讀書報告。 30%
3. 完成2 個個案反思：完成閱讀后，請反思你曾經面對過的兩個關懷及輔導案例。 內容包括：
· 描述你關懷/輔導過的人的情況，他們如何表達他們的需求，你做了什麼/說過什麼以及對其影響是什麼。
· 閱讀這些材料後你會有什麼不同的做法。
· 描述你現在會做什麼/說什麼不同的以及為什麼。 預測會產生什麼樣的影響。
每個實例2頁。 10％
4. 選擇一個在教會中常遇到的個人需要/問題，以PPT滙報形式（15張以上）寫出此問題的可能原因及處理方案。（需要包括聖經角度及原則）15%
5. 撰寫一篇關於「教牧關懷與輔導的獨特性及應用性」的學術論文。 內容需要包含應用部份： 個人化地展示你將如何把在本課程中所學的關懷及輔導原則應用在你的事工中。 長度約為10頁。 35%
