CO506 -- 基礎輔導技巧
課程大綱

課程簡介：
這是教牧基礎課程的必修科之一，目的是幫助同學了解教牧在牧養、關懷及輔導時，所擁有的個人特質 (being)、助人理念 (knowing)及相關技巧 (skills)。課程透過教授、技巧練習和分享討論等活動，掌握基本輔導概念和技巧，並運用在關顧牧養過程中。學員將認識個人性格特質，以及在人際關係的過程中所包含的元素。
學員將分三人一組，在課堂中有分享、練習及閱讀領受。每組由男女同學組成，夫婦/情侶不可在同一組。
課程目標：
完成本課程後，期望學員能：
1. 自我認識：個性傾向
2. 了解助人者的特質
3. 明白助人過程
4. 掌握基本溝通技巧

課程要求：
1) 閱讀報告 (30%)
寫1,000 – 1,200字報告 (三分之一是內容；三分之一是評論；三分之一是應用)
在小組分享心得
日期：2024/4/30
2) 練習反思 (60%)
寫2,500 - 3,000字練習體驗、心得、發現、反思，以及對個人的認識。
日期：2024/6/11
3) 課堂參與、活動、討論和隨堂作業 (10%)
遲到、早退、專心度、投入感等將影響課堂參與分數。
