上 課 形 式：只設實體面授 (Zoom只供給長洲及海外學生，但不提供錄影)

A. 學員對象
1. 宣教事奉者：解讀異文化，實踐處境化宣教
2. 教牧及領袖：理解世代與新族群，突破本地牧養
3. 職場及大眾：拆解文化偏見，提升跨文化溝通力
B. 課程目標
1. 探索文化的多樣性：學習尊重文化，瞭解文化對個人、社群及各民族的影響，包括其世界觀和價值觀、文化的規範和假設、文化包袱等。
2. 探討福音與文化的關係：了解如何在應用文化人類學的多元視角，將福音與各種文化結合，實現信仰本色化和合一多元的天國理想。
3. 實踐處境化的宣教和福音溝通策略：通過研究目標群體的文化特色及群體動力，嘗試策劃及實踐有效的處境化福音事工，包括敬拜、佈道植堂、門訓事工等。

本科特別強調文化與福音的交互作用，你將學習如何有效利用文化人類學工具來優化福音的溝通和適應。透過案例研究和實地研究，你將掌握如何在不同文化背景下進行有效的培訓、植堂、牧養，並建立符合當地文化的神學框架，讓福音信息在各種文化中生根發芽，發揮最大的影響力。
D. 科目要求
1. 課堂參與及網上討論： (20%)
網上討論（兩次【第三次為加分選項！】）：在指定課本或閱讀中摘錄一個觀察或重點，在「網上校園」分享如何應用到您的處境或群體之中（200-300字），及回應一位同學的分享。
2. 個案分析 (10%)
從課堂提供的個案及視頻中，就該群體文化及世界觀進行討論和分析，找出福音的橋樑和宣教策略建議，然後書寫一份寫文字報告（1000-2000字）。
3. 閱讀紀錄表 (15%)
閱讀最少來自5本書或文章（可包括課前閱讀及研究參考書！）：證書及學士同學200-300頁，文憑及碩士同學300-450頁。標名出處、頁數和總頁數。
4. 群體文化考察研究／宣教民族誌（Missional Ethnography）(55%)：
（碩士及文憑不少於6000字，證書及學士不少於4000字），建議小組形式
選擇一個群體進行田野考察，描述及分析其文化系統、特色和世界觀，再應用文化人類學觀點進行討論，並制定適切文化的宣教策略和事工建議。
