DM1171屬靈操練：傳統與實踐
課程內容︰
透過個人操練、營會、屬靈導引和課堂的講解、閱讀、討論、彼此分享和撰寫反省，鳥瞰並體會靈命塑造的課題。讓同學在理性上嘗試分析一些屬靈操練和靈修學派對靈命塑造的貢獻；在個人體驗上，讓同學有序地進行屬靈操練和深入反省。
課程目標︰
1) 認識屬靈操練所覆蓋的課題，並掌握靈命塑造的基本要素。
2) 對各種屬靈操練和靈修學派能夠作出初步的分析。
3) 深入操練和了解兩個屬靈操練，並在小組中彼此鼓勵與一同操練。
4) 三人小組的互相分享，操練聆聽的藝術。
5) 個人定期的屬靈操練並進行反省和記錄。
6) 定期約見屬靈導師，展開個人屬靈約談之旅。

內容關乎一個屬靈傳統或屬靈操練的簡介、歷史轉變、今日於香港教會的實踐應用、評價和更新建議。

課堂外之屬靈操練要求 20%
A. 開學靜修營
l 2026年10月4-6日（日 – 二），地點容後通知。
l 同學需帶備已完成之「主題式屬靈自傳」。
l 營會內將進行第一次「朋輩屬靈聆聽小組」。
B. 接受屬靈導引及提交反思文章
l 屬靈導引導師的簡短個人履歷：在會面前，學生須提交屬靈導引導師的簡短個人履歷，以供教學團隊了解導師的背景。請學生將以下Google Form提供予導師填寫：https://forms.gle/goAibkMprZfiDXZM8該 履歷須於2026年9月30日或之前提交。
l 接受屬靈導引：學生在2026年10月至2027年8月期間，必須繼續保持接受屬靈導引，每月一次。
l 每月反思文章：2026年10月至2027年5月，每月提交一次，合共8篇。死線為每月最尾一天。字數500 - 800字。
l 全年總結反思：2027年6月30日或之前提交，合共１篇。字數1500 - 2000字。

C. 反思現時的生活節奏以及生活規約
l 於2026年10月31日或之前提交，字數限制在800-1200字以內。

D. 主題式屬靈自傳
l 於2026年9月30日或之前提交，字數限制在1200-1500字以內。
E. 朋輩屬靈聆聽小組
l 3-4人一組，優先以３人為一組。
l 首次小組將於 2026年10月的課程營會中進行體驗與操練。其後由 2026年11月至 2027年8月，每月由組員自行相約會面一次。
l 可實體或透過 Zoom 進行。
l 每次聚會請嚴格控制在1.5小時之內。
l 本年度的小組不設任何書面功課。請各組安排一位聯絡人，於每月聚會後，以電郵通知課程導師（只需簡單記錄：聚會日期、形式、出席名單即可）。
