A. 課程目標
每一個人 (Person) 都有自己的性格 (Personality)，亦是他認識自已，別人與上帝的「窗口」。然而，性格定義林林總總，性格分析工具的理論基礎亦不一定與基督教的人觀相符。
本課程聚焦 MBTI (16型) 及 Enneagram (九型) 兩個性格工具，介紹它們的理論基礎，分辨同學的性格類型，並剖析性格與個人及群體靈命成長的關係。
B. 課程內容
1. 淺談敘事身份與性格理論之關聯，就基督教人觀之建構提出方向。
2. 深入介紹及剖析 MBTI 的理論，生活應用，及其與信徒經驗上帝之關係。
3. 介紹 Enneagram 的理論，成長階梯，及其與信徒發現自己靈命盲點的關係。
4. 簡介 MBTI 與 Enneagram 的分別，減低信徒的錯解及誤用。
C. 課程要求
2. 閱讀指定的課本內容及期刊文章 (20%)
MA/MCS/M.Div/ThM 900分鐘
3. 應用 (Practicum) (600分鐘, 20%)
藉任何方式（實體或網絡媒體等，向弟兄姊妹（起碼有三位聽眾）進行其中一項「性格與靈命成長」的題目。
建議「會面時間」為一次，約 90分鐘。
4. 信仰反思報告(1500分鐘, 50%)
整合以上科目要求，就課程對你靈命成長觀之影響，撰寫一份
反思報告。內容主要是圍繞包括你個人的性格 profile。
